All accounts are subject to KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. Players may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address issued within the past three (3) months, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. The Company operates a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent or altered documents.

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction. All deposited funds must be used for wagering purposes. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of verified technical errors or duplicate transactions.
